RONAN

I set the bottles of water on the step beside the bathtub as I reached to turn on the water. I flipped the knob to close the drain before I reached over and grabbed a bottle of bubbles I’d had sitting there for the last few years. I’d never taken a bath in the tub before. I wasn’t really one to sit still long enough to soak, and I’d wondered more than once why I even installed the damn thing.

I knew now that I’d done it in the hope that a woman like Thea would come along and join me in it.

I settled myself down in the water after I got a stack of towels off the shelf. I glanced over at the control panel on the wall and studied it for a second before I pushed one of the buttons to dim the can lights.

I glanced up at the track lights and thought I’d fiddle with that feature once Thea was in the tub.

I pushed another button and waited for a second until I heard music coming in through the speakers installed out of sight. Perfect, I thought to myself. She’s going to love this.

“Ronan?” I heard Thea call for me.

“In here,” I said loud enough for her to hear me over the water.

“What is this . . . oh my God, what is this place?”

“This is the water room,” I told her. “Come get in with me.”

“A room?” Thea asked as she glanced over at the corner with multiple shower heads. She looked over at the other corner and took in the bench and the stack of towels I’d gotten down before she looked over at me in the tub. “You’ve got a whole room for a shower?”

“Yeah,” I chuckled. “Get in.”

“I thought the bedroom was awesome, but this . . .” Thea was standing naked just a few feet away from me, her mouth and eyes wide with wonder as she stood in awe. “This is like a spa or something.”

“Sort of. A manly spa.”

Thea slowly walked up the steps to the tub and then turned and sat down on the edge. She hissed when her butt hit the tile and then she spun around and put her feet into the water, unintentionally giving me a nice view of her pussy. I was already rock hard again and hoped she would be ready soon. I’d need to take her temperature about it, but from what she’d said a few minutes ago, I figured she’d be just as ready as I was.

“I don’t have any way to put my hair up,” Thea’s arms were above her head now as she twisted her hair up, trying to put it into a knot on the top of her head. “I can’t get it wet.”

“Why not? I’ve got plenty of towels.”

“It will curl,” Thea begrudged.

“Your hair is curly?”

“Of course it is. I mean, it’s mostly ‘white’ hair as far as the texture goes, but it’s still pretty curly when I let it go free.
